Below you will find what I call "Song Sketches". I want to give you a sense of just how beautiful the songs and arias are that I recorded in June 2009.
Keep in mind that these are excerpts from rehearsals, works in progress, and that they are not going to have that professional polish that the CD will have! They were made with the best non-professional equipment that money can buy, but it's not the same as the real thing! It can't capture the depth of sound of a voice or a piano.
Nor were these songs recorded in a soundproof studio! So please enjoy the wonderful New York sounds that creep into the background of a few of the songs! -- rain, thunder, squealing brakes, and jack hammers! -- plus page-turns and little teeny glitches, both vocal and pianistic!
